The platform includes inventory tracking for ingredients, staff management, and detailed sales analytics to help restaurant owners optimize operations and maximize profitability.
The Challenge
Managing 5 restaurant locations with different legacy POS systems created significant operational challenges. Order errors were common due to illegible handwritten tickets, table turnover tracking was manual, kitchen communication was inefficient, and there was no centralized view of sales performance across locations. The client needed a unified solution that could handle dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders seamlessly.
Our Solution
We developed a comprehensive Restaurant POS System with an intuitive touch-screen interface optimized for fast-paced environments. Features included real-time table management with visual floor plans, integrated kitchen display system (KDS) with WebSocket-based real-time communication, online ordering with Stripe payment integration, ingredient-level inventory tracking, and multi-location management with centralized reporting. Laravel and Vue.js provided a robust, responsive platform.
