The Mobile Shop Management System is a comprehensive POS and inventory management solution designed specifically for mobile phone retailers. This all-in-one platform streamlines sales, inventory tracking, warranty management, and customer relationships for mobile phone businesses of all sizes.

The Challenge
The client operated 12 mobile phone retail stores across the city, each maintaining separate inventory records. They faced significant challenges with stock discrepancies, manual warranty tracking, and lack of real-time sales data. The existing spreadsheet-based system led to frequent stockouts, overstocking, and an average of 15% inventory shrinkage. Customer service was hampered by slow warranty claim processing and inability to check cross-store stock availability.
Our Solution
We developed a centralized Mobile Shop Management System with role-based access for admin, store managers, and sales staff. Key technical decisions included a Laravel REST API backend with a responsive Bootstrap frontend, real-time inventory synchronization across all branches, automated warranty tracking with email/SMS notifications, and comprehensive reporting dashboards. The system was deployed on AWS with auto-scaling to handle peak shopping seasons.
