The system handles employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, performance reviews, and complex payroll calculations with tax compliance.
Designed for growing organizations, this solution reduces administrative burden, ensures compliance, and provides strategic HR insights through advanced analytics and reporting.
The Challenge
With 800+ employees across multiple departments, the client was managing HR and payroll through a combination of spreadsheets, email, and paper forms. Payroll processing consumed 2 weeks each month and was prone to errors in tax calculations and overtime computations. Employee leave tracking was chaotic, performance reviews were inconsistently managed, and regulatory compliance reporting was a nightmare.
Our Solution
We built a comprehensive HR & Payroll System with automated payroll processing including tax calculations, provident fund, and gratuity management. The system featured a biometric device integration for attendance, an employee self-service portal for leave requests and payslip access, automated performance review workflows, and configurable approval hierarchies. Laravel powered the robust backend with React providing a modern, responsive interface. PDF generation was implemented for automated payslips and reports.
