Covering finance, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources, and customer relationship management, this solution provides end-to-end visibility and control over business operations.

The Challenge
The client, a large manufacturing company with 1,200+ employees, operated with 8 different software systems that did not communicate with each other. Financial data was in one system, inventory in another, production planning in spreadsheets, and HR records in yet another. This fragmentation led to data inconsistencies, delayed decision-making, and significant operational inefficiencies. Month-end closing took 15 days, and inventory accuracy was below 80%.
Our Solution
We designed and implemented a comprehensive ERP solution using a modular approach. The system included financial management with automated general ledger and month-end closing, supply chain management with end-to-end procurement and vendor management, manufacturing execution system (MES) with production planning and quality control, human capital management, and integrated CRM. Microservices architecture with RabbitMQ ensured reliable inter-module communication, while Elasticsearch powered advanced search and reporting.
